How many people fit in the villa?
Maximum occupancy are 8 people and a baby (baby cot available, no sofa bed available).
Is your villa family-friendly?
Yes, the spacious living area, the pool and the short distance to the sandy beach, which offers a variety of activities, make our villa family-friendly. In addition, we offer a playroom with a retro game console, different parlour, card and outdoor games, kid's table & chairs, painting supplies and toys for small children.
Where can I park?
2 private free parking spots directly at the villa (no reservation needed). Further parking spots in front of the villa.
How far away is the beach?
The beach is just 100 meters away – i.e. You can easily go from the villa to the beach and back at any time.
Are there facilities for babies/toddlers?
Yes. We have a cozy baby cot (140x70 cm) with a very soft mattress, including baby bedding (duvet & pillow) as well as a high chair, baby dishes and cutlery and toys.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi. Fast and stable connection in each room, at the pool and the rooftop terrace.
Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, we provide air conditioning in each room except the bathrooms and toilets. In addition, the villa is equipped with floor heating in all bathrooms and in the entire living space in case of coldish days during early spring or late autumn season.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the pool can be heated up to cozy 28 degrees Celsius. However, during the summer season, this is not necessary. In case you should need the pool heated, pleased let us know and our poolboy will arrange it at short notice (depending on the outside temperature, a small extra charge can apply).
Do you provide bath towels?
Yes. We provide one big bath towel per person, which may exclusively be used at the pool. It is NOT intended to be taken to the beach.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 pm, check-out is until 10:00 am. Provided that no bed change takes place directly on your arrival or departure day, earlier arrival or later departure is also possible by arrangement.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes. A washing machine including detergents is at your disposal in our utility room. There, you will also find 2 clothes horses as well as an iron and an ironing board.
Is there an outdoor kitchen/ barbecue?
Yes. We have a covered outdoor kitchen with a huge gas barbecue and a sink - perfect for cozy dinners right at the pool.
Are pets allowed?
No. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in order to avoid potential allergy problems for other guests, prevent damage to the furnishings, and ensure that the house is always spotlessly clean.
Is smoking permitted?
No, our villa is a non-smoking accommodation. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house, on the roof terrace, and in the pool area. Smoking is permitted outside in the open air. You will find an ashtray in the cupboard of our outdoor kitchen.
How far is Zadar Airport?
Approx. 29 km away – Depending on traffic, it takes around 30 minutes.
Does your villa offer ocean view?
Yes – From our rooftop terrace, you have breathtaking views of the sea and mountains and 3 of our 4 bedrooms also offer stunning ocean views.
How does a reservation request works?
You send us a non-binding inquiry. We will send you a non-binding booking offer with payment and cancellation terms within a few hours (after 24 hours at the latest). The booking is only considered confirmed once you have accepted our offer in writing and paid the agreed advanced reservation deposit payment.
Can I charge my electric car?
Yes. We do not have a dedicated wall box, but this can be easily done using the standard 220V outlet in our parking lot. We charge an additional fee of EUR 10/day for this service.
